Can I enhance my listing(s) without purchasing an Online Brochure?
While the Online Brochure is a very dynamic advertising product available from Harmon Homes, you do have the ability to enhance any additional listing(s) with minimal charges. In addition to the $15 for the basic Place-A-Listing, you have the ability to add such features as bolded text, link to your own personal Web site or Virtual Tour, link to photos, etc. Simply log in to your Place-A-Listing account and select the enhancement of your choice. A credit card will be required for payment before your enhancement is activated.

What do I get when I take advantage of the Place-A-Listing feature?
When you select the "Agent’s Corner: List a Home" link found on the homepage of our Web site and in the horizontal navigation across the top of all of our Web pages, you will be able to list the home or property you are selling including a text headline, listing description, contact information and the price of the property for $15 per listing. This is ideal for agents who wish to advertise their listing(s) without having to sign a contract.
