Buyers and sellers are now able to access up-to-date community and school information, an Agent Directory and flash-based slide shows for listings with multiple photos on HarmonHomes.com. The new features are part of HarmonHomes.com's ongoing efforts to enrich the home search experience for the site's users and add additional value to its advertisers' listings and listing packages.
A new Neighborhood Info section on the HarmonHomes.com home page links buyers to a Neighborhood Navigator search page powered OnBoard LLC, a real estate information company. Buyers can use that tool to review current data about the area of their choice by city, county, zip code, school or district. Information about area school districts, schools, housing conditions, the workforce, population, climate, crime rates and population demographics is available for all locations across the country. The data is displayed in chart and graph format so that buyers can view the information easily.
The resource is also accessible directly from the site's property listings. The HarmonHomes.com search results contain buttons that prompt buyers to click through to the listings' detail pages. There, they will find Community Profile and School Info buttons that automatically link to information for that listing's exact location.

This feature provides a database of Harmon Media Group advertisers searchable by city and state or zip code. Buyers and sellers can search to find an agent, office, broker or builder in the area of their choice and click through to see each advertiser's listings and profile (if available).
For listings with multiple photos, a flash-based slide show component is now included in the HarmonHomes.com listing detail pages. The photos rotate in the display area automatically, and buyers can scroll over the photo thumbnails and click to see larger views of the photos of their choice. In the search results, "Click Here For More Photos" banners encourage buyers to click through and access the feature.
The multiple photo option is available exclusively for Harmon Media Group's Platinum and Gold advertisers. The Platinum Package also lets real estate professionals take full advantage of all HarmonHomes.com features and tools, including premier position in the search results for all their listings, virtual tour links, property map links and a direct listing feed to Homes.com.
