Formerly the company's Eastern Divisional Vice President, Cullipher will now lead the growth, development and execution of strategy for the home search site.

The leadership of HarmonHomes.com previously fell under Harmon Media Group's Business Development Division. By shifting the responsibility for the site, Harmon Media Group has positioned itself to further strengthen HarmonHomes.com and continue to grow on all sides of its business.

Cullipher actually joined Trader as the Marketing Director for HarmonHomes.com more than five years ago. In a sense, the new position brings her "back to her roots."
