RE/MAX LAUNCHES TWO MORE PRINTERNET MAGAZINES WITH
DOMINION
ENTERPRISES' BROKER MEDIA SERVICES
PrinterNet magazines launched for RE/MAX of Tampa Bay, Florida and Lake Oconee, Georgia
CAMP HILL, Penn. Broker Media Services, a division of Dominion Enterprises, has launched two more integrated marketing campaigns in association with RE/MAX. One program, concentrated in the Tampa Bay region of Florida, launched on March 23, 2007; and the other, in the Lake Oconee region of Georgia, launched on March 28.
Broker Media Services provides an integrated marketing campaign that serves as a business model for brokerages to leverage an SEM and Direct Navigation marketing plan for their business. Each marketing campaign includes a PrinterNet publication that is distributed by Dominion Distribution Services, the largest distributor of free publications in the nation.
In addition to the PrinterNet publication, online distribution channels are also created through Dominion's various Web sites, with listings flowing to HarmonHomes.com, Homes.com and to major Internet search sites like Google, Oodle, Trulia and Yahoo! Real Estate. Brokerages also receive their PrinterNet publication in digital form as an eBook, an online replica of the publication, allowing every agent to market and promote their brand, content and services to an impressive database of buyers and sellers.
"We have become the backbone for many brokerages by giving them a marketing campaign that drives revenue with minimal labor on their part," said Kent Nies, vice president of Broker Media Services. "Our integrated marketing campaigns allow brokerages to leverage viable distribution channels both online and offlineoffering measurable results for the franchises."
Based in Denver, RE/MAX International oversees a network of more than 119,000 agents in more than 60 countries. The Lake Oconee campaign will include listings from one RE/MAX office, and the Tampa Bay campaign will feature listings from five separate RE/MAX offices, including: Premier Group, Realty Associates, Realty Unlimited, On the Bay and South Shore Realty.
